- Planning and participating group sessions / information sessions organized with the families according to need;
- Conducting family situation assessment in view of assessing the needs of FoMs, and defining, jointly with the FoMs how some of those needs might be addressed through direct support or through means of referrals;
- Ensuring regular follow-up on FoMs through home visits or telephone interactions;
- Mapping and identifying services providers and other relevant stakeholders in implementation and establishing a supportive network with them in favor of the FoMs.
