Kantar is looking for a Research Executive to join our Qualitative team in Cairo!

The Qualitative Research team at Kantar are now looking for a Research Executive to help deliver digital and operational excellence to the worlds leading clients across diverse markets. This is Cairobased regional client servicing role where you will be empowered and accountable for successful delivery of client projects.
What youll be doing:
Research thinking & Design:
- You will manage client briefs to understand the clients needs and business objectives
- You will demonstrate research & critical thinking to produce effective proposals methodology sample design and research instruments (with the support of a senior where applicable).
Analysis & Reporting:
- You will demonstrate unwavering commitment to outstanding and punctual client deliverables.
- You will engage in brainstorm sessions thorough & accurate analysis well structured & thought out report writing etc.
Project management:
- You will manage the full project delivery cycle from start to end
- You will supervise key project activities and milestones collaborating with other teams as needed to ensure accurate timely and highquality deliverables to the client.
Client Management:
- You will build sustainable relationships with our clients through daytoday interaction.
- You have a thorough understanding of the clients research & delivery needs and you respond with proactive and responsive communication & consistent and timely delivery.
The skills & experience youll need:
- Bachelors Degree in business management Statistics Commerce Logistic or any relevant field of study.
- 2 years of relevant work experience in Qualitative market research.
- Profound knowledge of Qualitative research methods and a curiosity to learn and explore new ideas.
- Organization and time management skills; with the ability to effectively juggle multiple projects deliverables and deadlines simultaneously while ensuring work is accurate.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
