Research Coordinator

Job Description

• Investigate different ranking systems methodologies, criteria, and opportunities.
• Improve, execute, and effectively communicate significant analyses that identify meaningful trends and opportunities across ranking systems.
• Participate in regular meetings, assessing and addressing issues to identify and implement improvements toward efficient operations.
• Coordinates and administers ranking systems associated activities.
• Plans, maintains, and coordinate the collection and analysis of research related data.
• Coordinate ranking information and highlights internally with research marketing and media teams.
• Follow up as appropriate via email, telephone, and/or Skype.
• Prepare scientific proceedings book after research forum event.
• Acts as the coordination operational liaison for other research organizations, ranking agencies and regulating bodies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelordegree engineering
• Familiarity with research principles and terminologies
• Proficiency in data mining and data extraction methods
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Verbal and written communications skills
• Familiar with teamwork management tools
• Planning/organizational skills
• Personal motivation
• Fluency in English
