- Serve as lead for the SES II quarterly performance reports deliverables to the donor
- Provide timely reporting outlines and final reports for COP review and submission to USAID
- Adapt program report formats and ensure conformance with donor standards and requirements
- Facilitate internal workshop sessions for report development
- Include photos and maps to enhance and support reporting narrative
- Design graphics to enhance and support reporting narrative
- Work with SES II technical teams to gain understanding of SES II program activities, project and grant development, and processes
- Obtain relevant, current, accurate, and technically sound information to shape project reports with focus on innovation and transparency
- Develop strategic reports on SES II emerging trends, donor priorities, innovations and best practices
- Produce a well-written, visually stunning product
