Must Haves:

Day to day:
Insight Global is looking for a Blockchain Solution Architect focused on Post-Trade to join a large financial institution located in London, UK for a 6 month ongoing contract. The candidate will be helping build out their Blockchain team within the Capital Markets group from the ground up and be one of the key stakeholders in this team roll out. This role will be a highly strategic role in the adoption of new technology and be involved in building out the capabilities of the team as well as be a part of the discovery, exploration, execution and business transformation of the roll out of Blockchain and its technologies within the group. More specifically, this role will focus on solutioning designs for custody, CSD as well as supporting solution design for Ad-hoc bilateral digital asset trading, dRFQ digital asset trading, ITV & MTF, data repository and user interface. As such, the chosen candidate should have an extensive background as a solution architect creating various types of roadmaps while also investigating and analysing present organizational systems and proposing new methods and best solutions for implementation and enhance efficiency. Moreover, the candidate should also be well versed in examining technological weaknesses and vulnerabilities and hence have a analytical mindset. Moreover, due to the nature of the technology at hand, strong experience with blockchain technologies such as DLT/Web3 are critical. It will also be critical for the chosen candidate to have a strong understanding and experience with cloud native architecture and have experience with AWS/Azure solution design as well. The role will also involve engaging with various group and hence strong stakeholder management and communication is extremely imperative.
