The Accreditation Supervisor is a key member of the Quality and Performance Improvement This individual supports the accreditation and quality functions for the hospital as we design, build and manage and improve our quality

- 40 hours per week

- No weekend requirements

- No on call requirements

Requirements

- Bachelor s degree in healthcare related field

- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Oregon

- 2+ years experience in acute care hospital setting and hospital accreditation/regulatory affairs

- BLS (AHA)

- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality

- Expert knowledge and interpretation of Joint Commission and CMS standards

- Ability to interpret accreditation standards, identify organizational gaps and implement processes to meet standards and/or close gaps

- Knowledge of regulatory, accreditation, and certification requirements and processes that are applicable to the healthcare setting
