Turing.com is looking for a Full Stack Back-end-heavy Engineer on behalf of a US-based company that provides tailored leadership mentorship for engineers and product managers. The engineer will be in charge of ensuring top-quality software by reviewing the team’s code. The company helps engineering leaders develop the necessary soft skills to build better teams. Job Responsibilities:

• Define the technical architecture for the product

• Build out new features to enhance the product experience

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)

• At least 3-7+ years of professional experience in software engineering

• Proficient with NextJS, Spring, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Python

• Lead, guide, and mentor other developers on standard engineering practices to follow

• Great interpersonal skills and the ability to persevere

• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Excellent leadership and communication skills
