الوصف الوظيفي
• Serve as a certified test center administrator for virtual and online testing
• Read and understand all client test administration manuals and other documentation and be able to convey this information to others
• Review requests for test administrations
• Schedule and set up tests through the appropriate platforms and services
• Ensure that all test administrations are scheduled in the most cost-effective manner
• Review proctoring requirements for each administration
• Ensure that the organization’s pool of trained and certified test center administrators and remote proctors has a sufficient number of individuals to meet testing demand
• Assign proctors from existing proctor pool
• Send test admission information to test candidates
