Professional Land Surveyor - Land Surveyor
Location: Hanford, CA
Discipline: Land Survey
Type (Remote, Hybrid, In-person): In-person
Salary Range: $90,000 - 125,000

Responsibilities:
- Creating field notes, CAD base maps, boundary, alta and topographic surveys
- Mentoring junior land surveying staff
- Facilitate survey team tasks, assist with plans and design with other team members
- Review and interpret legal descriptions and recommend managerial action if needed
- Coordinate with public agencies pertaining to land survey responsibilities
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 5+ Years experience in professional land surveying experience
- Working proficiency in Civil 3D
- Experience as a project manager or assistant project manager
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) License
Nice-To-Have:
- Experience as engineer of record
- B.S. in Civil Engineering (or closely related discipline)
- Central Valley project experience
