One of our subsidiaries called Kalam Kalam provides interpretation services and they are hiring for a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for hiring interpreters.

Job Description:

• Consult with hiring managers and the human resources team on position descriptions requisition creation compensation and sourcing strategies.
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  
• Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build a database/pipeline of candidates and the ATS company brand.
• Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume & phone screens and candidate interviews recommend the final selection of applicants and close qualified candidates.
• Arrange preemployment testing and background & reference screenings. Evaluation and input of our current vendors
• Place and update all job postings in various Media including internet/intranet sites colleges social networks community boards and staffing partners.
• Communicate with managers and employees regularly to promote the ATS referral program and internal opportunities.
• Create offer letters maintain applicant tracking system recruiting reports and other staffing administration functions as needed.
• Conduct new employee onboarding ensuring the process is engaging and that processes are followed and accurate

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in a call center BPO or agency).
• English C2 level upwards.
• Good knowledge of the ATS CRM job platforms and LinkedIn.
• Available to work in the European time zone.
• International recruitment experience can be a plus.
• Familiar with KPIs.
