Raw Materials & Chemical laboratory Junior Chemist

About the Job

1- Carry out all tests regarding the following new incoming devices:-

• 1.1.HPLC
• 1.2.DSC
• 1.3.IR spectrum
• 1.4.NSA
• 1.5.Microscope

2- Issue all COA of Raw materials and inserting data in RMQ when the access will be activated.

3- Follow up of all acceptance & statistical test done by the technician in RM & Chemical Lab.

4- Issue SOPs of all Experiments done in RM & Chemical Lab.

5- Review of MSDS of all materials & update them. The issue & review date of each should not be later than Jan2018 (validation 2 years)

6- Follow up of the following documentations:-

• 6.1 follow up of R.M (traceability)
• 6.2 weekly check of concentration of Anti adhesive of batch off of the five lines in mixer
• 6.3 weekly check of % sulfur transformation (Blooming) for both compound & fabric
• 6.4 weekly check of RM ware house.
• 6.5 Follow up of Solution room solutions analysis.

7- Follow up of calibration & repair of all devices in RM & Chemical Lab. by co-operation withmaintenance responsible.

Job Requirements

• BSc. Degree of Science University Major Special Chemistry OR chemistry/physics ONLY
• Excellent English Commands both spoken & written
• Excellent User of Ms. Office
• Ability to work with high accuracy & attention to details
• Ability to work individually & with team
• Ability to manage work load & stress
• Male gender with final exemption military status ONLY
