Quantity Survey MEP

Job Description

• In this position, you will estimate costs of construction projects, working with contractors, builders, and architects to provide the most cost effective plans that meet high quality standards
• Verification and making independent valuations of all projects’ related payments and invoices received from subcontractors.
• Check & review contracts’ Variation Orders (VOs) and ensure all variations are justified and approved.
• Review Purchase Orders to ensure conformity with budgeted quantities.
• Review progress invoices prior to submission to client.
• Create detailed breakdown of BOQ pay items

Job Requirements

• Good command of the English Language.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent Auto-CAD.
• Good Knowledge in Quantity Surveying & Shop Drawings.
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Engineering is a must.
