- Analyze & Report the Operational performance concerning the applied changes by technical teams to ensure accurate and consistent service delivery to the customers.
- Evaluate service performance concerning the Quality of Service offered through all channels.
- Provide clear insight into performance drivers which impact performance.
- Give recommendations for process improvements based on the customer experience & feedback.
- Hold calibrations and meetings with managerial and nonmanagerial level teams to find common ground and sustain system stability.
- Design the quality rules and guidelines to achieve the highest performances.
- Compile and track performance for teams and individual levels.
- Conduct presentation & business simulation with new hires.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree from a reputable university.
- 13 years of experience in Quality Assurance Data Analysis Quality Control Epayment field is preferred.
- Excellent Communication & presentation skills
- Skillful in Data Analysis & Reporting tools is preferred Ex: MS Excel & Power BI
