Responsibilities:
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails; Providing reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potentials for new products/services to the direct manager.
• Learning and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the local commercial real estate market
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
• Gathering market and customer information.
• Advising on forthcoming project developments.
• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
• Attending team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues.
