Property Consultant

Job Description

• Contact clients to know what kinds of properties meet thee client need.
• Gather the need information about the properties.
• Prepare documents such as representation contracts purchase and lease agreements if needed.
• Coordinate property closings, overseeing singing of documents and disbursement of funds.
• Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
• Follow up with all new clients and offer them what are they looking for.
• Proceed with contact the leads on the same day.
• updated the CRM as per the client feedback.
• Perform the cold calls as per set targets.

Job Requirements

• 0-2 years experience in Real Estate Sales.
• Owns a car is preferred
• Bachelor degree Presentable
• Presentation Skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to work in team.
• Ability to go for outdoor missions periodically
• Ability to achieve sales target set in The Sales Plan.
