Job Description

• Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
• Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations.
• Analyzing market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and profitable investment opportunities and areas of interest.
• Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
• Contacting potential and current customers and discussing their requirements.
• Developing & maintaining successful business Leads and relationships with all prospects (directly & indirectly through brokers).

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Young energetic professional & business acumen.
• Presentable, well organized and Time Management skills
• Target driven, self motivated and result oriented.
• Analytical thinking & effective communication skills.
• Experience in New Capital (preferable).
• Owning a car (preferable).
• Familiar with MS office & CRM.
