Job Description

• Selling Real Estate Developers Products Using Comprehensive Negotiations.
• Maintaining Positive Business Relationships With Customers.
• Reaching Out to Customers' Leads Through Referrals.
• Achieving Agreed Upon Sales Targets and Outcomes Within Deadlines.
• Coordinating Exerted Efforts With Team Members and Other Departments to Maximize the Aspired Outputs.
• Providing Direct Manager With Reports on Customer Needs, Problems, Interests, Competitive Activities, and Potentials for New Products/services.
• Submitting the Required Reports, Such as Daily Call Reports, Weekly Work Plans, Monthly and Annual Results Reports.
• Contributes to Team Effort by Accomplishing Related targets as Needed

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• at least 6 month of experience in Real Estate Field.
• Proven working experience as a real estate broker and Commerce, Proven track record of sales.
• Extensive knowledge in that field, Strong communication skills flexible energetic, Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively.
• Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable attitude in negotiation.
• Trustworthy and results-driven, Excellent command of English Language, Communication and negotiable skills.
• Proficient MS Office user.
• Experience with CRM Software.
• Problem solving skills.
• Attention to details.
• Preferable to owns a car.
