Develop a detailed quarterly procurement plan and procurement documentation.
Train project employees; manage the training of new project employees as well as planning and administration tasks.
Regular project budgeting reports; clarify recurring activities beyond project items to ensure transparency in reporting.
Final closure report.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 10 years.
trong problemsolving coordination budgeting and monitoring abilities.
Effectively communicate complex ideas to teams or individuals.
Scheduling and time management skills.
Proficient with project management software.
Experience in documentation and reporting.
Ability to work in diverse environments; experience in multinational organizations will be an asset.
10+ years of experience as B2B business developer or leasing executive. Bachelor's degree in Architecture/ Civil Engineering / Engineering Management. presentable. Selling skills. preferred from Giza residence.
