Project Manager assistant - Biomedical

Project manager assistant works alongside the Project Manager to plan and execute projects for the company.

Duties and responsibilities

• Coordinate with different departments to ensure projects are completed on time
  
• Review project implementation , keep track of and report on project progress
  
• Help to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables
  
• Organize and store project reports and documents.
  

• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
  
• Establish and maintain client focus through performance goals and value-added services to ensure project closing effectively and efficiently
  
• May have full ownership and responsibility for smaller, less complex projects.
  

Requirements

Project Manager assistant

• A Bachelors degree in Biomedical engineering with at least very good rank
  
• 2-3 years of proven and successful experience
  
• Highly organized with excellent multitasking skills
  
• Strong attention to details and problem-solving skills
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  
• Ability to work with multiple projects at the same time
  
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
