Project Coordinator

About the Job

• Coordination among team members to hand over and receive tasks.
• Follow up on the completion of work with the internal and external teams on the project.
• Preserving and updating the administrative and technical documents of the project, and ensuring that the final copies of the material assets and the final product are located in their known locations within the project files structure.
• Assist the project manager by preparing reports showing the status of projects and completion rates on a regular basis with the realized costs for each project.
• Assisting the project manager in submitting reports showing the number of actual hours on each project.
• Assisting the project manager in solving project challenges and finding appropriate solutions at the right time.
• Assist the project manager in preparing reports showing the efficiency and evaluation of the project team members in the tasks assigned to them periodically (internal and external teams).
