Product Manager

As aProduct Manager with Abgadyoull champion the development planning and execution of our products all throughits lifecycle. Our primary goal is to innovate products that meet our user needs generate business value and align with the organizations overall strategy and youwill be the one of the key people responsible for converting this into reality!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate the product vision strategy and roadmap.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
• Define the products target market and positioning.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (engineering design marketing etc.) to define product requirements and specifications.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog making tradeoffs between features resources and timetomarket.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
• Drive the product development process from concept to launch ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate with engineering and design teams to ensure product features are implemented as intended.
• Develop gotomarket strategies including pricing positioning and marketing plans.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders such as executives engineers marketing teams and customers.
• Solicit feedback from stakeholders and incorporate it into the product roadmap and development process.
• Communicate product updates progress and key decisions to stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze product performance user feedback and market trends.
• Identify opportunities for product improvement new features or product line extensions.
• Conduct competitive analysis to understand market dynamics and make informed decisions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors Degree in a relevant field with previous work background in a similar product(s)

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills through excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strongbusiness acumen and ability to conclude datadriven decisions
• An existingunderstanding of the target market customer needs and competitive landscape
• Familiarity with product management frameworks methodologies andthe ability to demonstrateexperience in identifying what the right things to build are and when!
• Experience in agile development processes.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
