Procurement Specialist

About the Job

• Receive and follow up purchase orders from all departments
• Request quotations from suppliers and review them to determine the best offer
• Issuing supply orders for suppliers
• Establish a schedule for all factory supplies
• Continuous follow-up of raw materials prices in the market
• Managing and drafting contracts and agreeing on all its clauses to suit the company's needs
• Evaluate suppliers' prices and negotiate with them the best offer
• Providing more than one resource for each ore
• Make periodic evaluation of suppliers
• Follow up on samples with the Research and Development Department
• Make a daily report for supplies (that have been supplied - that will be supplied)

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor of Science in Chemistry / Chemistry Engineering
• 2-5 Years of relevant experience
• Manufacturing and/or chemicals background
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Excellent English & computer skills
