Procurement Engineer

Job Description

• Contacts suppliers and gathers quotations
• Coordinates w/ the Procurement Planning Engineer to follow up the delivery dates and PO deadlines
• Follows up w/ the Procurement Coordinator to create the per-project suppliers’ comparison sheet
• Prepares the Requests for Quotation for every project (to be sent to suppliers)
• Reviews the potential prices w/ the original database
• Makes sure all suppliers are updated in the Suppliers Database
• Follows up the logistics of payment and delivery to site

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical).
• 2 –3 Years of experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Good Command of English language skills.
• Great negotiations skill
• Organization and time management
• Great Spoken and written English and Arabic
• Good understanding of the material
