- Support overall implement program activities related to procurement and SCM under the guidance of the SPM and in collaboration with MTaPS technical experts.
- Assist the SPM in coordinating program activities between national counterparts, stakeholders, and technical experts at MTaPS home office and in country.
- Have strong understanding of procurement best practices and policies and assist the SPM and MTaPS technical experts in implementing them with stakeholders.
- Provide technical and administrative support in the assessment of current supply chain and developing institutional supply chain management policies and procedures with MOH stakeholders.
- Identify performance metrics for measurement, comparison, and evaluation of factors affecting the supply chain.
- Apply technical knowledge and expertise in the development of guidelines, technical documents, training material and other technical and communication tools related to pharmaceuticals procurement best practices and supply chain management.
