Process Compliance Manager

The Plant Engineer plans, designs, develops and manages plant operational improvements, capital projects and cost improvement projects

• Minimum of 5+ years experience in an engineering or technical role in manufacturing
  
• Working knowledge of plant food manufacturing or packaging is desired
  
• Design and develop new machinery, equipment and infrastructure projects for the facility
  
• 2+ years experience in LEAN manufacturing principles and activities
  
• Possess advanced technical skills in the mechanical, electrical and industrial engineering
  
• Experience with food plant GMP s and equipment layout designs
  
• Knowledgeable of maintenance systems, work order process, preventive/predictive maintenance
  
• Must be fluent in CAD, preferably AutoCad
  
• Strong interpersonal, technical and presentation skills
  
• Bachelor s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
