Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Presales Specialist at InfoSeed located in Amman, with flexibility for some remote work. The Presales Specialist will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements, collaborating with the sales team to develop suitable solutions, and communicating with customers to answer questions and provide support throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify key customer requirements
- Excellent communication and consulting skills to effectively collaborate with sales teams and customers
- Customer service skills to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support throughout the sales process
- Prior experience in Presales
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in cloud-based solutions or SaaS companies is a plus
