As a Junior Translation Project Manager, you will oversee the daily management of translation projects to meet both customer requirements and the company s You will be an integral member of our Production Team, collaborating on project deliveries for a diverse group of

Responsibilities

• Managing daily translation quotes and orders to meet customer requirements and company standards
  
• Collaborating closely with customers, account managers, and linguists
  
• Improving processes and optimizing linguistic quality
  
• Organizing and monitoring overall workflow processes and timelines, including service delivery
  
• Monitoring key performance indicators related to service delivery, such as deadlines, vendor costs, in-house costs, productivity, volume, number of complaints,
  

Job requirements

• A degree in translation, language/communication studies, or related field
  
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with native-level Dutch required
  
• Knowledge of commonly used CAT tools
  
• Strong communication skills, with experience communicating with clients over the phone, video calls, and in-person meetings
  
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks
  
• Experience managing customer relationships, with a proactive and team-oriented attitude
