- The quality check of info letters and implementation agreements of projects
- The quality check of annual reporting to commissions, final reports and narrative co-financing reports
- Backstopping the Focal Point for Gender on country level in a backstopping function (processes, checklist and gender analysis)
- Preparation for portfolio meetings, workshops, and training including documentation
- Regular update of the portfolio list on country level and its distributions mechanism
- Regular overview update for the meeting formats on country level and overviews, e.g. including Working Groups, Communities of Practise and Focal Points
