Job Description
Prepare monthly planning reports for clients
Issuing planning and cost reports required for the Project Control Manager.
Preparing project time schedules, in addition to preparing schedules for working drawings and pricing
Preparing daily reports to study the actual progress of the project according to the timeline
Reschedule the schedule in the event of any change that may affect the critical path of the projects
Perform productivity analysis of construction activities and create new rates for new activities.
Assist in scheduling resource loading for some projects (if required).
Attend the required meetings with the engineers / and the owners.

Execution of project cost rate reports during the project life
Prepare bid overview, project timelines and tender after review with Project Control Manager, Contract Engineers.
Prepare cash flow and estimated work values ​​for tender projects after reviewing them with the Project Control Manager.
Issue construction method statement for bid projects to the Project Control Manager.
Preparing a report on labor and equipment.
