Pharmacy Key Account Manager

Job Description

• Daily Field Visits for Chain & Key pharmacies.
• Promote & Sell the assigned portfolio of products.
• Formulate and achieve profitable deals with the key pharmacies and other distribution channels (Distributors, Drug stores .. etc.)
• Develop trust relationships with major Pharmacy Chains to deliver significant value over time.
• Acquire a complete understanding of key customers’ needs and requirements.
• Expand the relationships with existing customers & approach new customers.
• Ensure the correct products are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
• Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
• Follow up on products availability, coverage, stocks, display, flyers, movement, offers, expiry dates, marketability & visibility)
• Ensure Constant engagement & strong Relationship with our Key Pharmacies
• Handle All Inquiries & Complaints to ensure customer satisfaction & loyalty
• Achieve/exceed the set sales targets
• Provide daily Report & Feedback about our products, customers & competitors
• Other Tasks as assigned from the direct Manager
