About the Internship
Job Description:
- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
- Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll system.
- Support in hiring White Collars
- Screen resumes and application forms
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
- Assist in daily operations that are HR-related
- Participate in organizing company internal events and careers days
Internship Requirements
- Bachelor degree or under grade
- Major Business, Management or Human Resources
- Excellent Microsoft Office user
