- Support the MEER Leadership Team in the development of the Regional P&C Strategy and Priorities.
- Advise and support MEER P&C Regional Director in his leadership and engagement on all P&C matters with the Regional Office and the Region’s Field Offices.
- Support Field Offices to develop effective P&C strategies and Plans appropriate to their context and in alignment with the P&C strategies and priorities.
- Collaborate with the Regional functions and Field Offices to ensure that P&C priorities and standards are integrated with each function/office’s strategies.
