Summary


As the Partner Incentive Programs Manager you will be responsible for developing implementing and managing incentive programs for our partners and vendors. Your primary focus will be on fostering strong relationships with suppliers optimizing incentive structures and ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of vendor relations and incentive management within IT industry.


Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to align Alnafitha s business goals and strategies with available suppliers incentive programs.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and partners provides a single source of truth for all vendor incentives.
  • Gain the insights to prioritize incentives that maximize our ROI and improve ability to focus limited resources on the right programs
  • Own the coordination of the implementation of incentive programs developed by partners and vendors ensuring compliance with all necessary requirements and guidelines.
  • Communicate incentive program details updates and changes to internal teams.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams to ensure a clear understanding of incentive structures process and eligibility criteria.
  • Proactively maintain a robust pipeline of vendor funded engagements across various business units to maximize the incentives from the vendor.
  • Analyze data related to incentive program performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimizing and enhancing program effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations related to incentive programs.
  • Address and resolve any disputes or issues that may arise in collaboration with vendors.
  • Collaborate with business development and cross functional teams sales marketing customer success and operations to align incentive programs with business strategies.
  • Hold internal teams accountable for executing the funding plans.


Requirements


Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proficient understanding of Microsoft cloud solutions from a business perspective.
  • Proven experience in vendor management partner relations or incentive program management within vendor or a leading IT reseller.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to use data to drive decisionmaking.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detailoriented with the ability to manage complex programs and contracts.
  • Familiarity with IT products and services is advantageous.
