Organizational Excellence Manager

NOK Human Capital is hiring Organizational Excellence Manager for one of the well known technology & digital transformation companies in Egypt.

Job Objective: Design and update work procedures in accordance with approved reference specifications verify the extent of efficiency effectiveness and excellence of current work systems and assist directly in solving problems and improving touchpoints through participation with specialists to achieve the level of operational excellence and to ensure the achievement of the planned results and the companys objectives.

Job Description:

Participates in developing the necessary strategies and plans with the sector head after approving the sector budgets.

Prepares annual plans for quality systems management work defines the roles required of subordinates participates in their implementation and evaluates the stages of its results.

Monitors the data collection processes and results necessary to design update document approve and publish work procedures in accordance with the management plan.

Monitors the processes of measuring and analyzing the data collected.

Monitors and reviews all flow charts for all operations included in the plan.

Reviews and monitors procedures for resolving problems at contact points with the concerned authorities in coordination with specialists.

Monitors follows up and contributes to the awareness and training processes carried out by the Quality Systems Control Manager in coordination with the competent authorities.

Review follow up and correct executive procedures to verify the efficiency effectiveness and excellence of current work systems in the targeted sectors.

Conduct an inventory and analysis of the problems of the contact points determine a timetable for completing them have it approved by the relevant sectors and follow up on its implementation.

Review follow up and correct executive procedures in detail to ensure the achievement of targeted results

Requirements:

1) 10 years of experience is similar role

2) MBA is preferred

3) ISO / PMP/ Six Sigma/Quality Assurance Certificate ISOEFQM Model Six sigma Agile Model Risk management 31000 Quality tools ISO27000 certificates are preferred

4) Advanced analytical leadership & planning skills
