1. Key Responsibilities:
Customer supply chain activities are planned and executed to improve NKA service levels at optimal costs
On time resolution of customer complaints. Support continuous reduction in the number of complaints
Collaborate with internal crossfunctional team and external NKA customers to improve internal and external processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction
Single point of contact with internal & external customers from China QSC team
Data analysis and provides insight in performance and enables stakeholders to make sound decisions
Engage and motivate supply chain NKA group members and capability building
