• Provide sophisticated administrative support for grant making activities and other program functions, such as assisting in the review of proposals, reports, and other documents for compliance, and following up with grantees to maintain contractual records;
• Collaborate with program staff in data review and visualization, including editing drafts and compiling and presenting information in an accessible way;
• Assist with processing grants, including setting up records, soliciting necessary documentation, and updating partner information, as well as identifying and implementing grants-management and online application troubleshooting;
• Conduct desk research and compile background information on organizations and/or fields of support; gather preliminary data for organizational assessments, such as basic analysis of budgets and audit reports;
