About the job

The Operations and Marketing Representative is a key player, dedicated to optimizing operational processes and amplifying marketing efforts. This role seamlessly integrates customer service and compliance with dynamic marketing strategies, embodying a commitment to service excellence, efficient workflow management, and robust brand promotion through various platforms and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in comprehending the full spectrum of AGBL and AGMX services and offerings, contributing to team objectives and operational continuity across both entities.
  • Support the Sample Receipt and Registration team in managing logistics and coordinating sample processing.
  • Aid in the development and implementation of data entry processes for patient details and contribute to the operational support of the Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to facilitate the shipment of samples and sample collection kits, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt.
  • Support strategic planning initiatives by providing input on operational needs and sample workflow requirements for AGBL and AGMX.
  • Track the Turnaround Time (TAT) of samples, from receipt to the release of reports, and assist in implementing strategies to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide support to the Customer Care team, ensuring adherence to established protocols and assisting in customer follow-ups and feedback collection.
  • Participate in customer satisfaction initiatives, assisting with post-service surveys, data compilation, and preliminary analysis.
  • Assist in overseeing the timely and accurate release of reports by the Customer Care team.
  • Support the formulation and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and processes, contributing to system efficiency and reliability.
  • Help uphold customer service quality standards, participating in the evaluation of current practices and the identification of areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of operational reports, contributing data and insights to help track progress and identify areas needing enhancement.
  • Comply with company policies regarding punctuality, attendance, and reporting, contributing to a professional and efficient work environment.
  • Assist in inventory management, helping to ensure materials are available and properly maintained.
  • Contribute to high-level customer service efforts, assisting with problem resolution, root cause analysis, and follow-up actions.
  • Support database management initiatives, focusing on data entry, preliminary analysis, and record-keeping practices.
  • Adhere to and support compliance with industry standards, including ISO, DHA, and CAP, contributing to overall operational integrity.
  • Work in unison with the marketing team to manage and maintain brand consistency across all campaigns, while playing an instrumental role in the launch of innovative, target-specific promotions.
  • Undertake exhaustive market and client research to extract insigths.
