- Receiving and dealing with suppliers.
- Follow up on ministries, governmental and non-governmental institutions to finalize work-related transactions.
- Follow-up procedures for exporting products to all markets.
- Carrying out all the company's purchases with the exception of dates and within the approved work procedures.
- Follow up on administrative matters for employees, in coordination with the Human Resources Department in the Public Administration.
- Coordination with the Marketing Department / General Administration regarding internal and external exhibitions.
- Supervising the periodic and annual inventory operations of assets and matching the inventory with the book account balances.
