How you will make an impact

Ensure efficient daytoday list of bookings reconfirmation. Implement processes to ensure excellent efficiency with high level in reconfirmation task and develop the team to go to the extra miles to achieve the highest number of reconfirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Main duty is to ensure the staff members performing their tasks in unison and respect each other.
• Reporting the daily working list and total number of achieved bookings target to be visualized on the teams progress in meetings or through regular email contact or reports to his supervisor / director.
• Arrange a team meeting with the team to discuss any issues and resolutions to avoid any negative tension.
• Attend a weekly meeting with department leaders seniors and supervisors in Operations & Reservations alongside the director to collectively review ongoing work and collaborate on revising the implementation plan to ensure exceptional service delivery to clients.
• Inspire and motivate team to achieve goals.
• Motivates and aligns teams toward business goals fostering individual growth by recognizing strengths and addressing areas for improvement through targeted training.
• Demonstrate effective communication and influence skills by fostering positive customer interactions conveying information efficiently and building team trust through adept interpersonal communication.
• Support and investigate resolution of critical issues escalating when necessary and removing barriers to progress; adept at making swift and intelligent decisions under pressure.
• Fosters a creative and innovative departmental environment embracing new ideas and actively seeking novel approaches to enhance outcomes.
• Ensure team collaboration by being knowledgeable empowered and proactive in problemsolving taking personal accountability for efficient and effective task accomplishment.
• Inspire and lead by example taking full responsibility for welcoming training motivating and disciplining employees to encourage the team.

The skills we would love to see in your suitcase!

• A bachelors degree holder.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in same field or previous experience in tourism field.
• Fluency in the English language is a must multilingualism is preferable.
• Must have Solid written and verbal communications skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Expert knowledge of performance metrics.
• Have a good experience in Quality Focus and documentation skills for professional emails writing and to be short into details.
• Proficient in identifying and addressing team equipment requirements demonstrating empathy and support for colleagues and ensuring comprehensive training for new members to excel in their roles.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nontraditional shifts/hours such as afternoons weekends and holidays.
