Job Description

• Taking part in planning, developing and implementing organization policies and goals.
• Liaising with travel partners including hotels, car rentals and airlines to ensure flawless operation management.
• Constantly motivating the operations team to hit the targets and ensure company profitability.
• Meeting with the company’s top management regularly to communicate customers’ issues and the company’s profitability.
• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and laws.
• Carries out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies.

Job Requirements

• Males
• Previous experience as an Operation Specialist in handling and solving clients' issues and complaints with hotels and suppliers using online systems.
• Previous experience with Saudi clients is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong Problem solving skills.
• Good up to very good English level.
