Operation Team Leader (Express Field)

Job Description

• Responsible for monitoring the process of packaging, weight and distribution properly.
• Supervising the employees responsible for loading and dropping shipments of cars in Transit HUB.
• Make a reports on the number of shipments received and sent to and from Transit Hub.
• Analysis and follow-up of the quantity, types and sizes of shipments, calculating the percentage of errors that occur during the shipping process and taking action to not repeat these errors.
• Directing and training transit hub staff to use sorting and distribution devices and ensure that they follow the correct instructions.
• Help and support the operating manager in monitoring the performance of shipping staff and assessing their performance periodically.
