Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing the business processes of Odoo ERP solutions, driving efficiency and effectiveness within our clients' operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Process Analysis: Deeply understand the client's business processes and workflows to effectively map them to Odoo functionalities.
- Training and Support: Develop comprehensive user manuals and conduct training sessions for end-users. Offer ongoing support to clients, ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction.
- Collaboration with Developers: Work closely with technical teams to design and develop tailored solutions within the Odoo framework. Ensure technical solutions align with business needs.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Odoo Expertise: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP or similar solutions. Proven track record of successful Odoo module development and integration.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of various business processes and workflows, particularly in industries such as manufacturing, retail, and services.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Capable of thinking critically and creatively to overcome complex challenges.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
- Continuous Learning: A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest Odoo features and industry best practices.
