- Contribute in the technical design and implementation of more than 140 in-kind and small grants.
- Provide technical guidance for the national youth programs related to STEM, Social Entrepreneurship, Positive Schools Environment, Environment and Green Solutions, Sports and Healthy Lifestyle, Local Tourism and Heritage, Excellence in Municipal and Community Development, Local Policy Development, and Social Inclusion of Youth With Disabilities)which focuses on: 1) shadowing the Youth-Community Engagement grantees during the implementation of the youth-led initiatives, 2) establish 60 physical spaces for the learning clubs, and 3) embed youth activities and initiatives in these hubs and provide required mentoring as required.
- Develop related reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Conduct field site visits to the national youth programs grantees nationwide.
- Maintain and update the tools and approaches of the Youth Train the Trainers (ToT) Programs
- Provide technical support for youth awarded the in-kind and small grants.
- Monitor technically the grantee activities during implementation to ensure on-time and high quality delivery of activities.
- Provide technical support and mentoring to grantees unaccustomed with the complexity of local communities to effectively manage the grant activities.
- Participate in the review process of proposed scope of work and budget submitted by grantee for each initiative, and review grantee financial and narrative reports.
