- Utilize the data quality review checklist, report templates, project award documentation, and activity information, in the review of completed monitoring reports to ensure reports are well-written, and that content and context is accurate, comprehensive, complete, and without gaps or inconsistencies in its presentation, in addition to complying to the required report format;
- Coordinate with Implementing Partners (IPs) and/or subcontractors to address concerns raised within the report review cycle, prior to submitting reports for further review by YMELP personnel;
- On a monthly basis, and based on the reviewed site monitoring reports, summarize areas for improvement for each IP and subcontractor, as part of a learning and capacity building agenda;
- Perform the necessary review of reports within each report review cycle in a timely manner, diligently respecting deadlines; and,
