- Ensure that data collection tools and methodologies are adapted to various contexts where the programs exist
- Prepare appropriate forms, formats, and databases for analysis, interpretation, and storage.
- Support the team to carry out comprehensive and appropriate contextual analysis, document lessons learned, and keep track of activities.
- Support the Country Director and the team in preparation of Annual Work and Financial Plan and oversee the lessons learned are incorporated in the planning
- Support PDQ Officer and SPM in development of M & E Guidelines and build the capacity of all staff in rolling out of M&E processes in the program
