Merchandising Supervisor

About the Job

• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional materials.
• Handle sales reports for all company branches and channels.
• Track targets, achievements, and performance.
• Maintain/Update floor set shops as merchandise sells through while upholding visual standards.
• Actively participate in team meetings and briefings with a particular focus around the visual delivery of the brand, raise awareness of priorities and ultimately increase sales.
• Liaising with teams such as buying, design, and marketing to create design themes and plans, often months in advance including window and in-store displays, signage, and pricing concept
• Execute and support company business objectives.
• Ensure proper and l timely processing and placement of merchandise.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder is a must.
• Previous Experience (1 year : 3 years) as Merchandising Supervisor.
• Owning a car is a must.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
