• Receiving the Medical insurance requests (additions/deletions) and coordinate with the insurance company
• Coordinating with the AG departments and subsidiaries regarding their medical insurance
• Submitting the Medical insurance claims to the insurer system and following up till finalizing the claim refunding
• Handling the employees inquires related to their medical services with the insurance company (Insurance Certificates, Medical usage, Pending approvals, )
• Follow up with the governmental department to make sure that insurance is activated in a proper way according to the employee ID issuance
• Reviewing the received medical transactions invoices and make sure to match with the related request then to be shared with the invoicing department for the reconciliation
• Archiving the medical insurance invoices for the record
• Sending insurance claims original documents to the insurer and archive the received evidence for our
• Analyze the medical insurance consumption in a quarterly Handling clearance / vacations requests over the system
• Reporting the medical insurance transactions and claims for tracking
• Assisting in the general insurance lines upon
