The Role :

What you ll do?

• Oversee multiple project leaders to achieve project objectives on time, within cost, and ensuring quality.
  
• Research and become well-informed of customers needs, identify program needs, considers available processes, and services, and develop processes that streamline services.
  
• Develop project specifications and objectives from introduction to delivery.
  
• Review project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects.
  
• Confer with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority within defined Project Delivery Methodology based on Agile development practices.
  
• Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
  
• Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required.
  
• Prepare project reports for management, client, or others.
  
• Confer with project personnel to provide technical advice and resolve problems.
  

Requirements

• A bachelors degree.
  
• Relevant experience managing IT projects with track record of successful completion.
  
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
  

• Certifications in project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, etc.)
  
• Experience using MS Office suite, project tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
  
• Experience working in an Agile Project Management Environment (Scrum) environment.
  
• Familiarity with PEO (professional employer organization) industry, payroll processing, employment insurance, or employee benefits experience
