Mechanical Engineer

About the Job

• Plan, manage and oversee all elements of production in our factory
• Assess and analyze current production methods
• Design and implement cost-reductive changes
• Maximize the productivity of machinery and workers
• Follow product specifications and quality control measures
• Determine how many workers are needed to man the production line
• Make a delivery schedule for Product / Project to meet customer deadlines
• Increase speed and efficiency of processes without compromising quality
• Perform root cause analysis & resolve problems to diagnose the origin of breakdowns (including human error) and troubleshoot problems
• Produce written reports and present progress for project/products and make presentations to senior management

Job Requirements

• 2-3 years’ experience preferred in Plastic Extrusion Engineer
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent in English and computer skills.
• Good skills at Microsoft (word-excel-power point)
• Autocad or Solid work skills
