- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized university.
- 2-3 years’ experience of work in emergency or development context projects, preferably in monitoring and evaluation roles (M&E) or in qualitative and quantitative research.
- Good technical understanding of MEAL concepts and methods.
- Experience of gathering, analysing and presenting quantitative and qualitative data.
- Proven skills in drafting and preparing quality reports.
- High level of English Language skills, Arabic is essential.
- High degree of computer literacy, especially word processing and spreadsheet skills.
- Background on database management.
- Well-developed conceptual skills and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated passion and commitment to protection issues and human rights.
- Good technical understanding of protection and refugee issues related to conflict including basic human rights, and interest in protection work,
- Strong commitment to gender equality and social justice, including to the aims and objectives of Oxfam.
- Ability to work under pressure, ability to prioritize and commitment to meet deadlines.
- Ability to train people and facilitate workshops.
- Commitment to personal development and learning.
